The search pages

The Domains, Phenotype and Expression search pages provide search options limited to certain data sets. The Combined page combines these three and some more. All these pages have a Gene Name search field to enter potentially large numbers of (i.e. several thousand) genes names - your own favourite set of genes - for analysis.
The Literature and Compare pages are simple interfaces for literature search and comparison of data sets.

GExplore ...

... is a tool for large scale data-mining related to gene/protein function, currently limited to C. elegans genes. The interface is easy to use and well documented. Response times are fast, encouraging exploratory searches and quick look-ups.
Selected genome-wide data sets related to the following themes,

  • protein domain organisation
    and homology
  • gene expression
  • phenotype

are available for search and display. Read more about 'how it works'...
